Pre-Existing Condition Premium Loadings
CCW Global can provide coverage for a number of pre-existing medical conditions through premium loadings. This means that it is possible for a pre-existing medical condition to be insured under an international health insurance policy in return for a higher price for the policy.
While this is not common on all international health insurance products, CCW Global is able to provide health insurance options which cater specifically to pre-existing medical conditions and are able to cover a number of common conditions under various levels of premium loadings.

What Pre-Existing Conditions Can be Covered With a Loading?
While each application for pre-existing condition coverage will normally be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, conditions which can typically be covered in return for a premium loading include:

- Adnexitis (various gynae conditions)

When you submit an application for coverage with an insurer who is able to provide pre-existing condition coverage for a loading the underwriting team will evaluate the application’s medical questionnaire and may elect to apply a premium loading to provide coverage for a common pre-existing condition.
It is important to note that while the pre-existing medical conditions listed on this page are eligible for coverage through a higher premium payment, there is no guarantee that a premium loading will be offered to a policyholder – the decision to apply a loading is normally left with the insurance company’s underwriting department.
However, if the insurer elects to offer coverage in exchange for a loading then the policyholder will have a choice of paying a higher premium and receiving protection for the condition under the policy, or keep the pre-loading price (which will be lower) and exclude the condition from coverage under the policy.
